The location of the Foundation is: Apartment 1, 47 bld , Taron 3 QSHH, Vanadzor,2020, RA.

The Foundation is not for profit organization. Funds received from various sources, as well as generated from its economic activities shall be used only for the purposes defined by this Charter. The Foundation, in order to carry out entrepreneurial activities, may create economic companies or participate in such companies.

Main goals of the Foundation include:

1) to promote and support the consolidation and development of the Armenian community;

2) to promote and support the strengthening of ties and cooperation aimed at the develop-ment of Armenia-Diaspora relations,

3) to promote and support the publication of in-formational materials, scientific, educational and popular literature aimed at the develop-ment of Armenia-Diaspora relations, the pro-duction of films and video clips,

4) to promote and support preparation and hol-ding of discussions, seminars, conferences, forums on the preservation of Armenian heritage and pro-Armenian issues in the Republic of Armenia and the Diaspora;

5) to promote and support the organization and holding of cultural events, including: confe-rences, seminars, lectures, meetings, festi-vals, concerts, exhibitions (including interna-tional) dedicated to the topics of Armenian traditions, history, sports, cinema and culture;

6) provision of advisory, methodological and organizational support for cultural, enter-tainment events and discussions dedicated to the topics of Armenian traditions, history and culture;

7) to promote and support the creation of pan-Armenian in-formation banks in scientific, professional, cultural, economic and other fields,

Groups of beneficiaries of the foundation

1) Beneficiaries of the Foundation include rep-resentatives of the intellectuals, cultural figures, scientists, athletes, students, as well as scienti-fic-educational, cultural, public and research organizations of the Republic of Armenia and the Diaspora.

2) The foundation may make certain payments, provide services, or may transfer part of the Foundation's property/assets in favor of the physical persons and organizations specified in the above Clause.

3) Foundation operations are funded by donations and voluntueers involvment.
